The terms and conditions are valid between the Consumer, to be referred to as ‘you’, and Étès referred to as ‘Étès’/’us’/’we’. The terms and conditions apply to all orders placed on the website www.etes.shop. Referred to as ‘website’. By using this website, in which includes placing an order, you confirm you have read the Terms and Conditions and accept them. The Term and Conditions might change without notice, you are responsible for being aware of updates. The Terms and Conditions corresponding to your order are the Terms and Conditions shown here at the time you place your order, not a later version. You should file a copy of the Terms and Conditions in effect of your order on your computer.
We reserve the right to withdraw or amend the services of this website without notice. We are not liable if, for any reason, the website is unavailable at any time or for any period.

Order eligibilities
You must be at least 16 years old to place an order with Étès, be a consumer (not a reseller) and be in possession of a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank acceptable by us. By placing an order you guarantee that all details provided to us are true and accurate.
Order/shipping confirmation
We will send you a confirmation email when you place an order on our website. This confirmation email means we have received your order, but is not an acceptance of your order. The confirmation email includes information regarding your order. The shipping confirmation, a second email, is our acceptance of your order.
Rejection of order
Étès has the option to reject your order, this goes without any argumentation and liability to you. The reasoning for rejecting might differ, examples of these are:
- Your ordered product is not in stock anymore
- We are unable to receive your payment
- We suspect fraudulent activity
- Shipping restrictions to a product or country
If, in any case, we are unable to ship the product as stated in the term of the confirmation we will contact you with the possibility to cancel or change your order. If the payment has been received, we will refund you the amount.
Product quality
We strive to describe our products on our website as accurately as possible. These descriptions can be found at the product page and pictures but also other pages regarding product information. Nevertheless it could be possible the products are showing minor differences for instance print or color. This can be due to image quality or technical reasons. Étès cannot be held responsible for any such discrepancy.
Price and payments
Price
The prices shown on the Website include Dutch VAT of 21%. Prices are quoted in Euro (EUR) and do not include service, payment or delivery.
Prices shown can potentially vary. Étès is only bound to porce when the shipping confirmation has been sent to you. Ètès reserves the right to alter, limit or terminate special offers or discounts at any given time.
Price changes
Étès strives to only show accurate prices on our website, nevertheless errors may occur. If we discover an error of your order we will contact you regarding the price change and give you the possibility to reconfirm or cancel your order. If we are unable to get in touch with you we will cancel your order. We are unable to compensate for price differences with placing orders and returns.
Availability and limited edition
All items created by Étès are limited edition, meaning only a specific amount of that product will be sold. The limited edition might be focused on the specific color combination of the print or the print itself. Therefore new colorways of the same print can be sold.
Payments
We accept payments in several methods shown on the payment page. We do not store card numbers once the transaction has been completed. For more information you can take a look at our Privacy Policy.
Tax
In case local charges apply to the order, the charges are at the customer’s own expense.
Delivery
Shipping details
Shipping rates are calculated for every individual order. The delivery is paid for by Étès, the return cost are paid by the customer. The shipping rates depend on the country of delivery. In case the order is sent back incomplete or incorrect shipping information the return can be refused. If you have given wrong shipping details, please contact us.
Shipping rates are calculated per unique order.
Delivery time
Once the order is placed we try to send your order within 48 hours. The shipping time depends on your country and we can therefore not guarantee the duration. In case you have not received your package in 10 working days, please contact us. Please note, we are not held responsible for any delays resulting from postal issues.
Return
Right of withdrawal
Every order can be withdrawn within 14 days. In case you would like to withdraw your order please write us an email with your order information and request for withdrawal. Since we strive to ship the order as soon as possible, we might not be able to prevent shipping.
Right of return
You have the right to return purchased items within 30 days, without giving any reason. If you want to return an item, contact us.
All the packaging with cards, bags and labels must be intact. No tape should be attached to the product. Returns that do not meet our return requirements are not accepted and we may charge you for the shipping costs in case we have to send the items back to you. If you have any questions about your order please contact us.
Refund information
All refunds will be paid within 30 days from when we received the returned order. The shipping fee you may have paid is non-refundable, unless you have received a wrong or damaged item.
Website use
Errors, inaccuracies and omissions
Sometimes the information on our website contains errors, like writing, inaccuracies relating to products, pricing and shipping or other information. We have the right to correct these errors at any time without prior notice.
Intellectual property rights
All the information and elements on the website are owned or licensed by Étès and our affiliates.
You can use this information and material only ofr personal, non-commercial use. Including downloading, printing and store copies. You can not publish, duplicate or distribute the content without consent from Étès.
Limitation of liability
Étès is not liable for any direct, indirect, additional or consequential damages that may result from the use or content of our website, including damages from viruses or incompleteness of the website: the performance of the products. Even if Étès has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Third parties
You may find links to third parties which brings you to their website which are not affiliated with us. We are not responsible for these links and potential losses or damages resulting from them.
Invalidity
Each provision of the Terms and Conditions shall be construed separately and independently of each other. If any provision is deemed invalid, void or otherwise unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable from and shall not affect the enforceability of any of the other provisions of these Terms and Conditions.

Placing an order means you agree and understand our privacy policy, meaning we may collect, store and process your personal information. This is stated in our privacy policy.
Applicable law and jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands. In the event of a dispute or claim associated with these Terms and Conditions, that dispute or claim shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dutch Courts.
