We hope you love your scarf as much as we do. If for any reason you would like to return your purchase you can do so within 30 days from the date of purchase. We ask you to return your purchase with all the original packaging and the return form. Please fill in all the information necessary for us to process your return. Currently we only ship to EU countries, is your country not included but you would like to purchase a scarf? Please contact us, hopefully we can find a solution.

Returns by postal order step by step

1. Print and fill out the returns form.
